Customers are responsible for obtaining any approvals, permissions, or permits required by homeowners associations, municipalities, or other governing entities unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Customers agree to provide accurate contact information and promptly notify us of any changes that may affect communication regarding estimates, scheduling, or service updates.

4. Estimates, Pricing & Payments
